Training NTA 8080 Certification sustainable biomass

Especialy for organisations that want to start certification we offer the training NTA 8080. During this oneday course, the participants are introduced in the criteria and background of NTA 8080 and the certification procedure. The training is targeted at companies that want to familiarise with the sustainability criteria of NTA 8080. Subjects covered by the training include:

Standards and international context

This subject covers the relation between the Dutch standard and international standards development in the area of sustainable biomass. Also the connection between the NTA 8080 certificate and Dutch and European legislation is described.

NTA 8080 Sustainability criteria
The variuos sustainability criteria that are laid down in NTA 8080 are discussed extensively. Subjects that are covered include greenhouse gas calculations, biodiversity, environmental requirements and social aspects. 

Certification
Besides the details of the requirements, the training also covers the lay-out of the certification procedure. This helps companies that intend to become certified, to get a good idea about the following steps. 

Registration
The training will take place at NEN in Delft. Participants can register by filling in the registration form and email it to nta8080@nen.nl. When a sufficient number of participants has registered, a suitable date will be set by means of a date enquiry.
